Sales Executive
We are looking for a Sales Executive to help us expand our business to South Asia market.
Who you are:
You enjoy working in a company that is growing exponentially, where you have a notable and key impact on the culture within the company.
You have a can-do attitude, are friendly, organized and have an eye for details.
What are your skills?
We are looking for someone who, as a minimum:
- Is able to communicate fluently in English
- Is able to communicate fluently in Hindi (native speaker is preferred)
- Is computer literate (using e-mail, the internet, Microsoft Office, and other computer tools)
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales related position, dealing with South Asia market
- Holds a Bachelor degree in one of the following: (Economy, Commerce, IT, Engineering)
Electrical Technician
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience with wiring electrical control panels, instrumentation, extra low voltage (ELV) and automation systems
- Able to read electrical drawings
- Cabinet building
- Basic idea of how a PLC and HMI works would be considered an asset
- Knows how to make fault finding
- Fluent in English

Accounts Executive
Who we are
We are a successful and ambitious company specializing in industrial automation as well as the provision of industrial parts and components.
We are looking for a motivated and with a can-do attitude individual to assist JMartans as an accounts executive
What are your skills?
- A minimum of A level qualification in accounting, finance or similar
- Basic technical accounting knowledge
- Previous experience within a finance position would be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of Maltese VAT and tax legislations
- Experience of using finance tools/software would be advantageous
What will you do
- Maintaining financial records including posting of supplier invoices and payments, recording accruals and prepayments
- Assisting in the day-to-day tasks in the reception area
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other applicable accounting documents or records
- Ensuring appropriate level of authorisation and accurate general ledger/cost centre coding
- Verifying suppliers’ and service providers’ accounts by reconciling statements and related transactions
- Maintaining regular communication with our suppliers and customers
- Assisting the team with statutory audit
- Handling payments’ processes and allocating them appropriately against the applicable invoices
- Assisting in other ad hoc finance tasks as requested by the Accounts Director from time to time

Mechanical Technician
The job consists of manufacture, install, maintain, and repair and upgrade of automation systems.
The mechanical technician is responsible to read drawings and install the required mechanisms, selecting and integrating a broad spectrum of components and subsystems including: robotics, servo axis, pneumatics, fluid dispensing systems, vibratory feeders, lasers, vision, sensors, and conveyors.
What are your skills?
- Interpret data, identify problems, and formulate proper decisions
- Implement Projects/ Improvement to accommodate new products and/ or improve existing automation with process, safety, operational quality and productivity
- Perform Preventive, Corrective, Planned or Breakdown Maintenance on equipment
- Be able to read drawings. manufacture, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for products, such as industrial machinery or equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Execute tasks within allocated time range
What is your education and background?
- Advance diploma in manufacturing MQF Level 4
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the mechanical engineering industry
- Express ideas clearly (verbal and written) and ability to work from verbal and written instructions, manuals, work orders and specification
- Ability to independently complete all specific responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- CAD and 3D CAD proficiency
- Be able to communicate both written and spoken English and Maltese
- Organisation and Planning skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to understand interaction of equipment and systems, and diagnose mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems
